Absolute incredible staff. Everyone I met were nice, helpful, profession, and fun. Very welcoming and open to conversations, questions, and concerns. By far the best Dental facility I’ve been to.

Simply the best!My dad had originally come here for treatment and he has some dental anxiety. Dr. Duke was not only able to get him in same day, but their treatment plan for him came in thousands of dollars less than what he had been quoted elsewhere. He loves the staff here and convinced me to come in for some work I need to have done.I work with dentists as part of my occupation which means I’m definitely a bit more picky than normal haha. Dr. Duke has made me feel so comfortable and does everything he can to help me relax. I had the unfortunate situation of having a back molar absolutely break on me at 8 pm on a Monday night. The team was able to get me in next day and charged me fairly despite it being so last minute.We set up a treatment plan to get some other work I need done taken care of and I was extremely impressed with not only the attention to detail of what I wanted my smile to look like, but also the genuine level of compassion when I described how my medical conditions had given me dry mouth and some brittleness. Never once did I feel like I was being upsold or judged for some of my dental issues and Dr. Duke was extremely honest about what my best options would be. He even recommended some cheaper treatments before veneers (I ultimately wanted something more lifelike) and really took the time to look at all my individual teeth and current smile.Very honest work and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how affordable everything I’ve gotten done has been. I would absolutely recommend him not only for everyday dental needs, but also for smile restorations like what my dad had done.Huge shoutout to Denise and Andrea as well! The sweetest gals ever and they remember stuff about you that you last chatted about! Feels like I’ve known them for years.

My hygienist is Tara. She is great. In addition to being pleasant and professional, she’s superb at her job. She’s always gone above and beyond with my teeth. She explains any x-rays and generally what’s going on with my teeth.The doctors are no exception. In June of last year(or around then) I came to get a filling fixed. Dr Duke redid the filling, same day, in about 20 minutes. And it was much better than the previous office I’d gone to. I’ve not had issues with the filling since.The office staff is really good about letting me know what insurance can and can’t do without any fuss. Funny enough, I’ve interacted with them only a little bit because they are so efficient and good at their jobs to where it’s a quick check-in and check-out every time. And again professional and pleasant.This office is transparent with everything. They tell me about what they are performing and the associated costs. They give me as much info as possible. I appreciate this since I care about my mouth health.4.9 out of 5 average is even too low a rating for this place in my opinion…I highly recommend this office and will be a customer as long as I can.

I am very picky with who my dentist is and after seeing 1 dentist all my life, I was very skeptical to try a new one once moving to Utah. But I am so glad I found Dental Designs of Bountiful. My teeth are super sensitive and they were extremely gentle but my teeth felt so clean after. Plus, super affordable! I don’t have dental insurance and they were less than my old dentist! Everyone was very respectful and on time. I’m very happy I found them 🙂

Dental Designs is wonderful. Everyone there is friendly and thoughtful. They make you feel like you’re part of the family. Andrea and Denise in particular are so kind and welcoming. I always feel like I’m in good hands with Dr Duke, as well as the new Dr (I can’t remember his name right now). Highly recommend this place!

Thank you Dr Duke and your ENTIRE staff!!! From the receptionist to the assistant to the Dr, they’ve been wonderful with my 93 year old mother and her dental needs. Always professional and so cute with her. She has loved the work they have done on her teeth in such a timely manner. Dr Duke really cares that his work is done correctly and that she’s happy with the final product, which we appreciate! My Mom has a new dentist for life!!!

LOVE Dental Design!!!! Honestly it all starts from the entrance. I’ve always been greeted by name and felt the love!! Awesome awesome staff!!!!! The Dentists and Hygienists are top notch!!! Honestly going to the dentist is not my favorite, now I look forward to going❤️!!! Thanks for being an awesomeness awesome Dental Office!!!

First time visit and everything went so smoothly! Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable . My hygienist ( not going to try and spell it or I’ll get it wrong!) was great and took so much time and care with me because of my sensitive teeth .Great overall experience!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Duke and Dr. Andrews. Both take such care and attention to detail with each case. I live out of state but always travel to Utah to have any major work done cause I know I can trust their quality. I never feel pressured to proceed with suggested dental work, unlike other dentists I’ve seen. Very honest.

The dental assistant we saw had masterful handling of a very headstrong two year old. I was impressed by the skills all the staff had in handling a young child.They also are very skilled in taking care of teeth. They serve my whole family.

Such a fabulous dentist office, all around! Very friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful dental assistants, and a lovely office with private bays. Dr. Andrews is hands down the best dentist I have ever worked with! He takes his time to talk through options and is friendly and kind. Any dental work I’ve had has been well done and pain free. (I also appreciate that he doesn’t stack multiple patients at once.) I’ve never felt so pleased with a dental office and am very happy my kids will have a good office to go to once they leave their pediatric dentistry!

I was traveling from out of state when my implant came out. Andrea, the receptionist was extremely friendly and gave me appointment that morning. Denise and Dr Duke were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this business.

The staff is very welcoming & efficient. Dental pictures, exam, cleaning were very thorough & gentle, by Ellee, the dental hygienist. Dr Duke took time to talk about their findings & answered my questions! All steps are very important and done very well by Dr Duke & his whole staff at Dental Designs in Bountiful, Utah. I highly recommend this office! My husband had a very good experience in a more urgent situation & Dr Duke provided great care!

Dr Duke is absolutely AMAZING!! the staff at DD is just wonderful to work with and I’ve never had a more comfortable, welcoming experience at a dental office…..EVER!They really treat you like family here and as the director of my own medical facility, the importance of that factor cannot be overstated.I had a veneer break over the weekend and Dr Duke was in the office WITHIN THE HOUR to help me with my emergency. He didn’t need to BUT he showed up for his patient on his day off!! I’ll forever be grateful to him for that.I’ll never go anywhere else.ALSO!!!! They did an INCREDIBLE job giving me my new smile. Changed my life.Best spot ever for your dental needs. Period

Dr Andrews was amazing! I didn’t even feel the shot! He makes you feel like you’re family. Reagen his assistant was so warm and caring. They worked so well together. I am so glad that they were able to fix my tooth. It looks and feels like new. Thank you Dental Designs and the entire team. They truly are the best!!

It's impossible to describe how wonderful Dr. Duke and Dr. Andrews are. They literally have changed my life by giving me my smile back! The entire office is full of lovely, amazing people. If you've given up on finding a dentist that you actually feel comfortable with, go see these guys! They sincerely care about you. Coming from a strictly pediatric dentistry I was worried my children wouldn’t feel as comfortable here, but they have expressed feeling more at ease here than at our previous location. The staff are warm and welcoming and the doctors are approachable and informative. It has a very family owned and operated feeling which is wonderful to be around. I’m happy we found Dental Designs and I highly recommend them to other adults as well as those seeking care for their children.

Ellie and everyone else working here are such sweet and kind people! I never feel judged and they somehow make a dentist appointment fun and personable. This place is first rate! You walk in and know it’s going to be a great experience. From the staff at the front desk, the decor in the lounge or the amenities offered. I’ve never been to a dentist that is so thorough with checking on your overall mouth health, not just your teeth! The dentist was so knowledgeable and used cutting edge tech! The assistant was so on top of things and does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and cared for! The hygienist was so kind and thorough at cleaning and working with my sensitive teeth! Would definitely recommend!

Denial Designs of Bountiful were most courteous and professional with us in our very first visit recently! It was on an emergency request because of a bad tooth ache and they took us in, had my X-ray to confirm the need, and the doctor immediately extracted the broken tooth that was giving me grief! Very satisfied and extremely grateful for this team of professionals! Thank you Dental Designs!

Dr Duke's office is always so lovely to visit. Of all of my healthcare providers, he and his team seem to care the most about their patients. Not only do they remember all of the important elements of my dental care, they also remember personal things we've spoken about in the past and will ask on follow up visits many months later. It makes me feel very appreciated as a patient and I'm never made to feel rushed. The entire staff is so friendly. The reception staff are wonderful and always very easy to get on the phone/text. Andrea, in particular, is who I deal with the most and she is just the perfect person to have hired. Rachelle, the hygienist, is very personable and always does a great job with my cleanings and providing dental recommendations. Dr Duke himself is a lovely man who clearly cares about creating a positive atmosphere in his clinic. Thankfully, I haven't had a lot of serious dental issues, but, from my experience with him (he did a great job of my wisdom teeth removal), I would trust him to take care of me if I did.

I look forward to my 6 month cleanings like a trip to the spa! Tara, the dental hygienist is so good at what she does and very knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer any questions and to offer advice for great checkups! Dr Duke is a great dentist and has done so much to restore my failing teeth. He has helped me to understand what can be done to improve my quality of life, but without all the pressure that I have experienced at other dentists. The ladies up front are quite the team. Always cheerful, welcoming and warm. I never leave this office without a spring in my step.
